Amiable staff, a nice size and beautifully maintained rooms in nothing special style.

The rooms at Baan Khun Nine are spacious, comfortable, and have excellent air conditioning. They are well-equipped with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and a rainshower. I felt right at home in these rooms as a young traveler.

Personally, I didn't find the hot and cold water shower in the bathroom very enjoyable. But hey, that's just my opinion and others might still appreciate it.

Location: the hotel was near the nicer beach area which is 400 m down the street and within walking distance to the Tiffany cabaret show, a slight hill, and the water sports activities.

Stylish, perfectly clean room with a private bathroom and a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. Nice pool, parking onsite. Not to mention free wifi😃

The room on the 7th floor had a spacious balcony with a beautiful sea view and sunset. The beds were large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was well-maintained. The location of the hotel was good, near a sandy beach and away from the sleazy parts of the city. The receptionists were helpful and nice, and the hotel had good internet. Amenities provided included shampoo, soap, towels, toothbrush, hairdryer, and more. The hotel also offered coffee, tea, and drinking water everyday. The room was big and had a nice, simple decoration. The breakfast options were varied, with both Thai and Western choices. The hotel had a nice and quiet ambiance, and had good-sized swimming pools.

Good food, great service and great view of the sea. The staff - very amiable and affable. Nice pool, parking on-site. The ambience was contemporary. Particularly good and peaceful location in Pattaya, near to the eastern coastline of thailand's exotic gulf of siam and the nicer beach area which is 400 m down the street and within walking distance to the Tiffany cabaret show and a slight hill.

The deluxe room was new-fashioned and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have an electric kettle and a refrigerator available. The location was nice and lovely yet it was only a short distance to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot...

It met my needs and we would come there again. It is fairly clean, TERRIFIC hotel and the staff is extremely great. I greatly enjoyed my room - big size in nothing special style. The venue provides a perfect service. The restaurant serves simple Asian food.

Excellent service during a medical emergency. When my fiancée fell ill, the owner/manager went above and beyond by driving us to the hospital immediately. I was incredibly impressed by their instant assistance. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a charming Thai-style decor, with beautiful traditional elements throughout. The general areas, such as the terrace and garden, provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and smooth walking surfaces.

I would have appreciated a higher number of electric sockets in the bedroom to accommodate my various devices.

I loved the location of the hotel as it was so close to the beach. The breakfast was good with a range of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was situated in a peaceful area, yet still had great transportation links to other areas of the city.
